Default Whats the correct fuel pressure?

Just wondering what to set the fuel pressure at (B18C) with what I have done so far. Intake, exhaust, VAFC, FPR. Then what about this summer when I have Cams, header, gears. I have no clue, I heard around 45psi from a friend will work fine for all setups is this true????

I second that, dyno tested it also.

First, anything else this friend EVER tells you, disregard it..

On fuel injected motors there's two types of readings, one with the regulator doing it's job (vacuum connected) and one without (vacuum disconnected)..

stock OBD1 GSR - 39-46psi vacuum hooked up ** 48-55psi vacuum disco'd
stock OBD2 GSR - 38-46psi vacuum hooked up ** 47-54psi vacuum disco'd

With these values in mind, fuel delivery should change as a direct result of AIR delivery.. I can't give u an exact value, which can only be given after AFC/FPR tuning on the dyno.. In my experience, with i/h/e only, 5psi (with vacuum) worked out, so go 48-50psi at idle with the vacuum attached.. (I'm at 52psi with my setup)

by the way, the LS range is 31-36psi, the OBD2 Civic SOHC is 28-36psi, so that should tell u why 45psi wouldn't work so well, unless u like changing plugs and smokey tailpipe..
