What spring rates do you guys recommend for a 2000 Civic Si that is....

Default What spring rates do you guys recommend for a 2000 Civic Si that is....

A daily driver and weekend autocrosser? Something liveable, not too harsh, but good performance wise.

I get along fine with 350F/400R. Car doesn't wallow, but Madame Geezer will still ride to work in it.

I'll second that...that's probably the perfect setup for you. I run 380/450 and it's a little tiny bit uncomfortable for daily, but I'm happy to live with it. I may try some Bilsteins next time around to see if those will tame it a little more.

350f/400r is the set up i have with koni shocks. the ride is stiff but not too bad. any stiffer would be a little much.

And luckily Ms. Yellowcorn seems to tolerate it too.
