Default Yes or No, ebay o2 Sensor

Alright, found a Denso o2 sensor on ebay for a reasonable price and i'm wondering if anybody has any experience with these bad boys? Will it make a difference if i buy this one over the OEM one, i know it won't have the plug but thats ok. Just tell me your thoughts about it..
Thanx everyone!

There is an auction on ebay for NTK replacements for pretty cheap. I believe the OEMs are NGK/NTK.

Damn $40 shipped is cheaaaaaaap!

Anyone have experience with either of these sensors? Not too hot on Bosch, and also not too keen on paying $xxx from a dealer or $xxx for an "OEM replacement". Rather spend less and splice a few wires.
