All models built to 93 were the same body style. European Accords from 94 were different to the USDM except the wagon/estate which was made in the US and imported.
Altezza lights are available for USDM for the 90 - 93 Accord but to put them on a European model would mean a lot of changes. For example, European cars have to be fitted with rear fog lights where US cars don't so the connector will be different. You will need to have a fog light fitted to pass the yearly road test. Also the licence plate space on a US spec accord is smaller then it's European sibling which meant to take up the space the inner lights on the trunk were longer on US Accords. Because the sale of imported Japanese cars were restricted in Europe in the 80s & early 90s not so many 90 - 93 Accords were sold... so not so many companies offering cheaper after market parts and products.
