Just do whatever you would to a manual, and if you eventually do change it to manual then it'll work out.
Otherwise wait until you get different car that is a manual.

ranges from 1000 if u do the labor urself to about 2000 to have a shop do it.

I collected my parts myself and got it all done for about 1700.

imo, AT engines shouldnt be touched. but if youre fixed on doing it, turbo it. really tho, just buy a manual car, imo.

Well I have a LS VTEC Automatic and it runs fine. Its as quick as a manual and possibly with some aftermarket parts I could smoke em. All I have is Wires, CAI and exhaust tip. I keep up with manuals easily.

well turboing an auto matic honda is not a very good idea. a turbo will torque the tranny to pieces.

but if u really wanna try it i also recommend the torque converter made by level10. it's the onlt way to have a fast auto honda..

the honda auto tranny is sooo shitlly made

thank you to everyone for the help. Also thanks for the link. That seems to be the way i might have to go level ten torque converter. definitely is cheaper than the zex unit and more reliable.

the zex is cheap like 500 bucks but will quickly and easily destroy your tranny it can destroy 5 speed tranny so imagine what it could do to your auto tranny . but the torque converter does give u a lot of options .
