why doesn't
The only fourcam Honda engine would be a DOHC "V" engine, like the NSX V6. It's got 4 camshafts, 2 per head. The SOHC V6s like the Accord and RL/TLs have 1 camshaft per head. And of course of the 4 cylinders, the DOHCs have 2 and the SOHCs have 1. US Accords have been 4 valves per cyliner since 1990 and had VTEC since 1994.
