Default Removing/preventing oxidation for wheels...?

Ok, does anyone have any good recommendations? I got one of my wheels refinished a little while ago and the damn thing started oxidizing like crazy right after I put it on the car. It's a polished wheel, and I really have no clue what might work. I tried searching but I didn't see a clear answer. Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks!

I'm tried that stuff and it removes it temporarily but the oxidation returns afterwards. Is there anything more permanent besides anodizing them that'll last? thanks.

Thing is.. did they have oxidation and this prevented it? I'll try waxing but w/ the extreme heat of the wheels I would imagine this wouldn't last too long..
