Japan ITR vs American Prelude not SH series

Who would win? i got a stupid friend that thinks that a bone stock prelude h22vtec non LSD can beat the japanese ITR b18c LSD. Who do you think it will win and why?

The new Preludes aint that fast, avg stock 15.5-16.0. If it was the 92-96, maybe as fast or faster than some Type Rs. Preludes are heavy! New ones are 3k+. JDM Integra Type R will spank any Prelude, they weigh around 2340 only.

You'd think that most people would draw the line at fully locked burn-outs... on the street, in front of the dealership...
