Default PR4 rods and OEM pistons

A while ago I had my rods balanced and also machined to fit the PCT pistons which I was planning on using with my setup.

After doing some more research I decided to go with B16A pistons.

Can I use the rods after they were machined to fit PCT (CTR) pistons with PR3 or P30 pistons (B16A) ?

To answer your question somewhat indirectly, stock B16A rods must be machined to fit PCT pistons, so if you had the LS rods machined to fit the PCT's, then the B16A pistons will no longer fit.
