Default newbie here ,questions i have

hello, i just bought a 1990 honda accord lx 2 door it has the f22a1 engine and whatever manuel tranny comes with that. the thing smokes in the mornings or after periods of sitting a few hours. after warming up it stops though. so its got to be the rings or the valve stem seals.
ANYWAYS,

i am going to do an engine swap
i already have a f22a4 engine and tranny
can i just swap it over with no extra mods?
do i need to do anything to gain the extra torque and horse power
and why does it have 5 extra horses ?

any ways
is there an EASY, CHAEP, and EASY TO FIND engine swap i could do with my accord to gain more power?

thanks for any response

P.S. i work at a junk yard / impound lot we have several honda's
see some here http://www.partssuperhighway.com
i would be willing to trade parts for preformance stuff

and parts are easy for me to get so let me know if i can do anything to get more power.

ok...one thing everyone was dying to say was SEARCH! the MOST popular swap is the h22 swap. search for it. as far as doing ANY engine swap, you will need manuals...good manuals....helms manuals (if you plan on doing it yourself). spend lots of time on research before you attempt any of this....will save you time and money.
