Amsoil 5w-30 ASL - 1 year / 24000mi OCIs
I just ordered me a case of Amsoil's ASL 5w-30 synthetic oil. After doing lots of research into oil analysis.. (UOAs, and VOAs...) I decided to go with this oil. The Recommended OCI is 24,000mi / 1 year for this particular oil, and it protects far better then any synthetic oil that can be found at your local stores. I'll be running this in my LSVTEC, its my track/weekend car, so it doesn't see many miles. I'll post up the UOA 8 months from now.
