9.3 is an excellent time stock, especially on street tires.

My friend was running 9.3's and 9.4's all night in his 96 EX w/ B18C5.

I run consistent 9.1's.. but I am far from stock.
I have a JDM DC header, AEM intake, RSR exhaust, Topspeed ported head and cam gear tuning.

I've been told a 9.0 is a 13.9, and if that holds true.. then my 9.1 should be 14.0-14.1..

My best of 13.87@99 was with a 8.933@79 1/8th on slicks. Lower speeds because of the slicks ......

And any kind oif parasitic drag, even if the compressor isn't running, will slow your engine down!

.627 RT
9.38@74mph street tires. Stock except for comptech sport springs, took out spare and jack. Pretty shitty track. This was on my second run of the night, I couldn't beat it....They kept wetting the staging area for the rustangs slicks. I couldn't get the water off my tires. I burned out all through third one time. I could race my car at Bristol, 1/4 mile, but I bought it near Bristol and the dealership hawk-eyes the strip on Friday nights.

The time slips don't have mph @ the 1/8 mile (I will guess around 80 mph)
I don't have the slip with me at work but I will post the numbers tomorrow
I know for sure that the 60ft was a 1.94 and the 1/8 was 8.6?

And on a dyno, that AC belt being attached but with the ac off vs the belt being off is good for < 1hp (around .5 for most of the powerband). Wow, what an amazing difference in times/trap speeds that'll make!

I was running 14.00's consistantly and then I took off the a/c belt and ran 13.77 @ 100 mph and high 13's since. It made a difference on my car.

You sure you weren't USING the AC before too? A PS belt where it's actually TURNING a pump wont make that much of a difference, a AC belt that's turning a pulley that is not engaged (because of the compressor clutch).. i just can't see that happening.. if so.. i dunno.. that'd fugged up.

1/8 -- 9.11 @78.xx mph. 1/4 -- 14.11@ 98.xx

Mods: AO32R's, JDM header, test pipe, drop in filter. All belts still on the the car, removed spare and jack. 90+ degrees outside.

Mike, If your running 9.0 in the 1/8 I would think your 1/4 will be 13.99 / 14.0x

Bryan

When I ran my 13.9 @ 100.97mph I pulled a 9.029 1/8th mile time.
