hi everybudy, i just wanna get your opinions on this ad i saw about this 96 lude SR w/ 38000km, veilside bodykit, supra spoiler, 17" tantrum rims, and some universal muffler. This guy is trying to sell his car for $16,000US in the beginning and now he's asking for $14,500US or $13,000US for just the stock vehicle, removing the tantrums, muffler, and spoiler. My friends think i should pay $12,000US for it and im still trying to get this guy to lower the price on his lude. What do you guys think about this price? Do you think it's a good price or a total rip off?

thats really low miles for a 4th gen

as far as price, I think $14,000 would be about right, its pretty obvious the car has been raced.... (thats why I WILL NOT buy a modded car)

 

i wouldnt try to push my luck. that is a good price. you never know if someone else will swipe it from you...

 

What's an SR? veilside doesn't make a kit for the 4G lude. If that's what he told you he's a liar. I got my 4G prelude VTEC with 39000 miles Greddy SP exhaust and Aimoto intake for $11,000 and it was mint. There are no dings and no visible scratches after a good waxing.

 

SR means, the it's the lude w/ the non-vtec engine, 140hp, and it looks like there's a scratch on the right side of the lower lip of his lude according to the website i posted above

the thing is, his car doesn't have any internal mods, only got a junk muffler, some supra spoiler that he said cost him $600US and tantrums that cost him $1900US.
Well actually i don't exactly know what kinda kit that is on his car, go take a look at the website.
I don't wanna pay 14K US for it, cuz i think it's too much for a non-vtec lude w/ no mods except for some crap muffler and a spoiler.
