removing p/s container

Default removing p/s container

...but still keeping power steering...can this be done? if the lines were all filled and such and somehow connected would i be possible? im trying to clean up the engine bay a little bit so it can be easier to work on...

do you mean the fluid resevoir or the ps unit itself?

I think he means the resevoir. I suppose you could relocate it but I doubt you could just eliminate it.

You could remove it, but the problem would be making sure you had absolutely no air in your P/S lines, which you wouldn't be able to do easily at all.
Also what happens when you want to check your level and top up, etc?
