For starters bro they're all 2.2 Liter F22B- (with the exception of the V6 of course). The EX is the VTEC so its the F22B1, the DX and LX are non-VTEC F22B2. Just so you know for advertising purposes.
Definitely, interior, maintenance, body condition, everything down to the tires and rims affect your price. Damn near impossible to say without pics, and don't ever expect to get blue book price (least in my experience). Also don't expect the timing belt to do **** for you, that's normal maintenance...you could put a brand new motor in it for that matter and it wouldn't do much since its so old. IMO best thing you can do to drive up your price is have a documented mechanical shake down, compression test, brakes, everything that and CarFax report.

a 1990 accord doesn't have a vtec engine. the first accord's to have vtec engines were 5th gen (94-97).
so, it would seem to me unless you swapped in a new engine, you don't have an engine with vtec. you stated you have an f22a, so at most it's just a swap of a vtec head.
so, if you're 4th gen accord with a non-vtec engine has a vtec head, it won't really make a price difference (if anything, it would depreciate the price of the car more, as it's not a stock set up, and the buyer would need to know that info going to a mechanic).
all of the "mods" listed don't amount to much.
at most, the car's worth $3500. as most people have stated, probably around $2000.
