I currently have a Gsr bottom end (stock) and a CTR cylinder head and valve train, with B17 cams. And a 1st gen b16 Intake mani and TB.

If i upgraded to CTR cams, and Aebs mainfold and ITR TB what gains can i expect?

Im thinking they will be pretty good, since im chocking my engine with my intake and cams.

should see some solid gains but your compression needs to be raised. assuming head or block were not cut.

 

yeah my cr is 10:1 which kinda sucks.

O well, atleast i can run 87 octane that way with the ridiculous gas prices.

What do you recommend for cams on CTR valve train?
