it was stolen from the first owner and the full interior was taken and they were working on getting the motor out when the cops showed up.

he claims its in perfect condition with only an intake, wwrs sides, and coilover set up. it comes with stock rims.

btw the interior is all back in and everything is stock.

my question is: is it a good deal, and what should i look for when i check it out?

If you can live with a car w/ salvage title, then that's a fair price. (as long as the interior is replaced.)

 

considering its an R and i can pay cash for it i think i can live with it.

so 12k is a fair price? should i offer 11,5 or is that asking too much?

 

$12,000 for a Stolen recovery title ITR that needs work???

No way would I make that a street car. What happens if its stolen or wrecked after you buy it?

For a track car... maybe... but the price is still high in my book, I'm not trying to be a lowballer but the car needs work and that costs money.

I say find another ITR to buy.

how bad you want the car?
its abit to much for a salvage tittle, but if its clean condition (link was removed so i can't tel) then its your call
