i was told by a couple of people that it was not very recommend to turbo an H22A motor, i`d like to have some feedback on that. Tell me what kind of turbo you guys are using and what did you do aswell as installing the turbo.

if you aren't going to build the motor, then you aren't gonna get as much power out of the motor, and it won't be very reliable over 7 lbs. of boost. i'm boosting 7lbs. on an unbuilt h22a4 right now and i made 266whp. this is not going to last me that long though. hopefully i'll get a year out of it, but i don't know. if you build an h22a then it's definitely an awesome boost motor. but if you've got a civic or something then you'd probably be better off with a b18c motor if you're going the boost route.

 

hey chris, how did you work around your ATTS? i have a 98 type sh too and i wanna boost it so bad. wat kit did you get and stuff. it would be helpful thanx.

no kit man, all seperate pieces. you don't have to work around your atts, you just put stuff on, and it won't work anymore.
