Default Question on rim fitment for prelude

Whats up guys,
i'm looking to buy a used set of rims from a friend. They are 17x7 with a +35 offset. Will these fit or are the gonna stick out too far? Also, what tire size is reccomended. I heard maybe 215/40/17. Thanks for any help!

from preludeonline recommended tire size sticky...

looks like +35 wouldn't work.

+38 - +41 only if you aren't lowered.
+42 - +44 gray area if you are lowered
+48 - +52 recommended

+35 definitely isn't ideal and you will most likely rub quite a bit. +48 and higher is what you wanna shoot for.
