i searched and none answered my ?. so with that being said. after car is warmed up and i let it idle. it will sit there and go from round 1000 to 12 or 1300. just non-stop. no idea wut it could be. help would be great

 

what motor do u have and is there a CEL?

 

im thinking more or less either a vacum leak or a TPS sensor. Not to be a dick but i just read 3 of these posts in the last 5 minutes and if u search it wiill come done be afraid to use the archive files.I searched and found 81 diff things many like yours!

 

i have a d16z6. i was running a gsr throttle body till i found out at this point there is no reason because the IM is not ported to it. so i put my stock one back on figuring that would fix it. but it still does it. now the hose that connects to the valve cover and intake is not on there. does that matter? i just have one of the small filters on the valve cover. and no CELs are being thrown

 

mine does th same thing, i have no clue. it pulses up and down between 1000 and 1200rpms...
