the kid i got my S from said that they didn't put powerfull enough clutch springs on them. if i let off the gass i get a rough whining noise is this correct or normal? does anyone else have this problem?

 

Yes this is a common problem. Every S2k I've ever been in including mine makes this exact noise. Most of the time Honda will not warranty this because they consider it as a "non wear item" and they say causes no damage to the car it just makes noise.

 

is it hard for you to shift fast into second or is it maybe because my S was swooped on. that makes me feel better that it is normal. thanks

 

Yes every now and then mine is kinda hard going into 2nd. There is a Honda Recall bulletin on it between certain vin #s I believe. Just go to you local Honda dealer and get them to check to see if there is any open recalls on your car .
