What class would a EP Solo 2 88 civic be in Solo 1?

but are the solo2 EP rules the same as the GCR EP rules?

 

Does anyone know of a link to the rules?

I will be getting my Solo 1 License this coming year and still autocrossing so I need to prepare the car for both.

They're not online you will need to buy a rulebook.
