if i were to put a b16a2 head on my b18c4 block would it lower my CR? and if it does then how much. i've heard that it does. is bullshit or legite? i'm a d-series soldier, but i'm bout to do a swap to the b, i'm new to the b world so help me out peeps.

what head does the b18c4 bring?
if its p72, then yes, putting a pr3 head will lower your comp. about .2

 

yeah, it the p72, it's not that i don't beleive u but how does that work? i was talking to oneof these old cats that's a mechanic, and he was telling me about the whole compession ratio theory. that if you put a smaller cc head on a larger cc block that you would make more compression. it made sense to me. i just want a second opinion
