My tranny keeps falling out of gear in first and second gear at low rpms but never in the other gears no matter how low the rpms are, and when Im in third at low rpms I can move it out gear without using the clutch,

Are my synchros going bad or is my clutch going out ?

 

If it's popping out of gear, then it's not your clutch. As for synchros, I'd be willing to say that it's just the gears.
