will the size of your rims affect your dyno numbers

just wondering if the size of the rim will give you different dyno numbers

It can. Taller tires take more torque and whp to spin. Too small and they can spin on the roller. Most dyno operators won't dyno with slicks either.

That's REALLY odd. If it wasn't for slicks I don't know how we'd ever get a chance to dyno the cars without spinning the tires constantly.

Yes, I have seen a difference of about 5 hp when using 17" (5 hp less) than using 15" wheels.

and if you wanna "inflate" your dyno numbers, 45-50 psi in the tires.
