Was thinking about doing a Mini-Me and was wondering if they make this Intake for a z6 or y8 application ..... what is the latest opinion on this intake and what intake would be the best cost to performance ratio?

I would check into the Fake J's Racing intake....search Fake J's Racing Intake Review and it should come up with the results. So people have but up to 11hp with this intake, and it is cheap too...(Dyno proven)

AEBS is an Intake manifold .... but I like the Whale ***** look LOL

 

For the cost of an AEBS manifold you could get the majority of a turbokit together for your mini-me. I don't think they make them for D-series though.

yeah, I just say intake in the title...I didn't read Intake Manifold, just saw you were looking for what I thought was an "intake". Anyways, Archidictus is right I am like 99 percent sure they don't make them for D-series motors. I know they don't make the regular one for GSR, cuz I want one but they haven't released it. Those bastards.

And by the way, who doesn't love whale ****?

Yeah, I was definately thinking of the Endyn intake manifold for B-series when I said that . My bad .

 

how about ITB's more power than the whale ***** and new intake manifold combined, and it just so happens i have one all made, with sensors and such for sale....

 

other intake manifold sugestions? On a budget ....

Keep the y8 intake mani honestly. Just port match it to your head.

 

so how much do Y8 manifolds go for?

 

w/ all sensors they range from 60-100 bucks on ebay i think, i may be wrong

 

any other ideas ..... anyone?

$75-100 bucks, but most of the time you get lowballed on them. With all of the sensors...but then again you can sell the sensors for almost that much.

 

so for the most bang for the buck .... would be get either the z6 or y8 ...... and use the y8 intake manifold?
