Default lights flicker, speedo's jumpy, wipers & horn dont work... dam gremlins

Heres a better description: The lights dont flicker untill I move forward & the speedo bugs out. Then the headlights & dash lights flicker in sync, not on and off but from brite to not as brite, i think there maybe a bad sensor causing this? I checked the fuse under the hood for the horn but it seems fine. Going to check the wiper one now but I bet it is fine too. Any ideas where this gremlin maybe? Should I look else where? Pleae help guys if you know anything....

check to see if the horn is plugged up, pop the hood and look at it...it is in front of the radiator, you might have to look up from under the front bumper.

Sounds like bad grounds to me. I know one time I was driving and all of a sudden my lights dimmed, and my speedo started to jump like crazy. Pulled over to check it out, turned out my battery ground came undone. Reconnected it, problem solved.

i would say bad grounds or a bad altenator. also try cleaning the battery terminals and checking the (+) connections from the battery to the fusebox, starter, and altenator

Maybe bad grounds...it is a salvage from theft so it may have gotten wet... it is very clean and runs great though
