How much am I ristricting?
I am in break in with my motor right now and was just wondering about when I have that chance to get on it, will I be disapointed because of the Exhaust manifold.
LSvtec
B16 head
B18B block
USDM ITR slugs
Milled head, so guessing around 11.5 compression
Head:Buddyclub stageIII+ cams
Edelbrok manifold stock throttle body
am I going to have major power loss do to having a stock header, since I am low on cash the header has to wait, how much potential am I killing for this setup?
thanks alot

The stock manifold is quite restrictive especially with the setup you have. You will definitely need to get a good header , and do something with the cat if you haven't already. What exhaust are you running, and what diameter?
get a jdm itr replica off classifieds for 189.00. That's the cheapest option I believe you have. I'm getting ready to start breaking in a motor soon and from the research I've done there are so many different ways/beliefs as to how to do it that I would just find your own way. I'd go easy for the first 200mi and then slowly begin to rev higher and higher until you get to 1000mi. Then you can beat on it ocassionally, but I wouldn't take it to the track for hours of fun or anything.
I just put on my dynamic autosports header, i have a b16 sir-II with a rlz stage 2 ported and polished head, and i was running stock header for awhile, the car felt awesome, but i knew it was there. Now that my header is on its MUCH better and powerband is smoother.
