For those of you using it, what do you think of it? Also what coil are you using with it? Would a blaster 2 coil work with it?

Love mine, I'm using a Crane LX92 coil with it.

Any coil will work fine

yeah i had that ignition an the coil didnt really make that much of a difference but then again i never ran it with the stock coil and that ignition but i still have the blaster 2 coil if you want it, i just got the crane cams igt so i could have a rev limit and the coil cam with it, let me know if you want that coil.

Is there a difference with using the blaster 2/3 coil compared to using the HVC one?

I have been thinking about an ignition because I like the idea of the 2 step rev limiter. I have skunk2 ecu with rev limit at 9,100 which is too high for my current set up. anywho.....which ignition do people recomend? I was looking at crane which seems good, but can't figure out if it has 2 step rev limit. anybody know. Everybody always says you don,t need ignition, but I think the rev limits would be worth it for me.

The digital6+ is the way to go. Not only does it have the 2 step rev limiter (good for launch control) it also has NOS timing retard built in.

Summit racing has them for $280

yep that's what I have: MSD Digital 6 Ignition box, MSD Blaster SS Coil, MSD Distributor Cap, MSD 8.5 MM Wires, Zex n20 plugs..............overall I am very pleased, the car seems to be smoother, stars up nicely, I got it when I threw my n20 on for safety, and it has served it's purpose, the car is running perfectly so..............

btw: the timing retard feature is great, the two step rev limiter will be installed before she goes back on the road in the spring

do you think one could run a chipped p28 skunk2 ecu and n2o using the msd timing retard for n20 safety?
