Can someone post the part numbers for the front and rear ITR springs?

If I do get these, I want make sure I get the right parts. Plus I want to check the dealer pricing(no, I'm not going to but it from a dealer) to compare.

BTW: Is the spring rate 250f/250r for the ITR springs? Thanks!
