are there any differences between EK coupe gas tank and a Ek hatch?

i think so, becuz coupe is at 10 gallons (correct me im wrong)? and hatch is almost 12, since it hold a little bit more so i think it would have a different shape if that what your asking

 

Depnds on what model and what year. The EX coupes have an extra sensor back in the tank. My buddy put a Y8 head on his Y7 in his 97 hatch and he couldn't get rid of the check engine light until he found out there was another sensor the ecu was looking for. The 99-00 hatches have these sensors.
