Japanese or U.S.?
I have a question: does anyone have any opinions as to whether the Japanese-made Accords are any better/worse than the U.S.-made ones? Common sense tells me the specs and manufacturing should be the same, but I'm sure there are some opinions out there.
Btw, I did search this, I promise.
I couldn't find anything, but if it's an old thread maybe someone would be kind enough to point me to it. Thanks, everyone.

There shouldn't be much difference and it also depends on the batch. When I was buying my 03 people swore that JP models had better fitment of parts and some interior pieces where of better (?) quality, like door panels and head liner but I didn't see any difference and there was just as many complaints about squeeks and rattles from J-vin owners.
USDM accords and ADM (asian domestic market) accords "split off" in 1997...
pre 98, accords in Japan and the US were 99.9% the same......the only noticalbe differemce is the aero and powertrain package that came in the Accord SiR (93-97 in Japan).....the 6th gen USDM (98-02) accord is a totally different car than the one that came in Japan.....the 7th gen accord (03+) IS avaialbe in japan, but is called teh "Accord Inspier"...current japanase accord is basically the USDM TSX
