best way to bond two pieces of brass ??
brazed.. 15% silver solder
hold 300psi of water i dont think you would be doing more then that make sure you clean the brass good with some emery cloth or 3m and use some BRAZING FLUX (its white) not soldering flux

brazing has a much higher tensile strengh than anything else you could do for brass. try some dev-con though
when done properly brazing is stronger than a weld in some aspects

How come you said brazing was no good? What's the application. FWIW, brazing is VERY strong because the contact area is so large.
