Changed rear brakepads a while ago. Now strange sound when going reverse.
I changed my rear pads and rotors a while back ago. When I'm going slowly in reverse and breaking gently there's a pretty loud sound from the rear brakes.
Anybody know what this might be, and how to fix it?

Theres about 1000 miles on them. Almost brand new (Cobalt GT-Sports).
The sound is difficult to explain but it's not rasping or grinding. Just a clear loud sound when the pad comes in contanct with the rotor.
Only happens when going reverse. Brakes seem fine in any other way.

could it be just a friction noise...
If you go backwards and pull the e-brake up does it make the noise or only with the pedal?

Just took the car out for a spin, and when the brakes are cold theres no noise in them at all. When they get heated up, they start making the noise when going in reverse, and only when using the pedal and not the e-brake.
There also quite a bit of sqeeling from the rear brakes when braking going forward, but the reverse noise sounds "worse".
