Positive Seafoam experience

I tried Seafoam on my '88 prelude which was approaching 100k miles. I figured that I was about to get an oil-change anyway, so I may as well clean up a bit.
I went to NAPA auto parts and paid the $6 for a can ---> I put some in the crankcase and gas tank, but avoided the vacuum method because I heard warnings about using this method on higher mileage cars (I'll try it next time).
Result: Idles smoother, smoother driving in general, nearly instant results...
