Remove the stuff you don't need. Rear panels/ seats if you dont have passengers. sound deadening tar material, lighter rims, hit the gym, and empty the glove box, remove spare tire, need i go on?

either you are going to run the car its normal weight with the interior and have it look like nothings done to it (cause you didnt do anything) or you are going to lighten it by stripping the damn thing, its one or the other.

another idea is to ditch the seat belts and air bags cause you dont get into accidents now do you? after that take out the a/c, when you do that you will need some air so take all the windows too, then take out all the seats, then the hatch door, drop the motor out and then cut a hole in the floor and run it flintstones style. trussssst meeeeeeeee

pretty much, just look at anything that doesn't have a use. Not saying I've stripped my car but after tearing everything apart from my accident I now know everything that doesn't have a use that I could strip if I wanted to. If you wanted just a track car and no comforts then there's hundreds of little things. Look under the hood, you have a bumper support (the metal piece that actually absorbs the impact) that's a couple pounds, lose the a/c condensor/lines/compressor. All of the sound deadening tar material. If you have use to a hydraulic floor jack, then you could stand under your car and remove all of it. I have read that underneat it's about 30 lbs, in the cab it's like 15lbs of sound deadening. Airbags, seats, carpet, panels, dash, seat belts. If you were serious about it everything adds up. That's if you wanted a track car or could live with it as a daily driver. But if you just want to lose a 100 lbs then to me its not worth it. But hey whatever makes you happy then go for it. Just look at **** that you don't need that won't affect your car.
