Default NEED TURBO D15 HELP in IL

Let me start from the beginning. I bought a 91 CRX Si, with about 90k miles on it. It was cool, until I decided to get some more power out of it. i thought B series for a while but I ended up getting a turbo kit instead. This is what it consists of :
-T3/T4 Turbo
.50/.63 Exhaust
Stage 3 Wheel
Shaft and Wheel Trim 64.5mm
Turbine Housing A/R .63
Compressor Housing A/R .50
Oil Cooled
5 Bolt Flange
- Race Manifold
EBAY SSAUTOCHROME Manifold with braces
Stainless Steel
Tig Welded
1.9mm Thick
42mm Pipe
- 35mm External Wastegate
8.6psi Spring
- Blow Off Valve
Blue Aluminum BOV
Brass Piston
1.5" Diameter Flange
- Complete Oil Supply and Drain Kit
- Fuel Management Unit
Standard 12:1 Ratio
- Downpipe Flange and Oxygen Sensor Bung
5 Bolt Flange
- Intercooler Piping
Includes all necessary piping to use an intercooler
-Gaskets
Oil Pan Gasket
Manifold to Turbo Gasket
Manifold Gasket
Wastegate Gaskets

Now, I the car starts spitting out black smoke and instead of trying to rebuild it I bought a JDM SOHC VTEC d15b motor with about 30k on.
I will swap the long blocks and but a EXEDY stage one clutch and 12 lb flywheel.
for fuel I decided to get rid of the FMU and use 360cc mitsubishi vr4 injectors and 255 walbro fuel pump.
Now, this is where I get lost...
what do I do for ECU?
what kind of management, I dont want to spend the money for hondata. I would like to learn to use Uberdata, but there reall isnt an instructions manual, or at least i dunno of any... What is the AFC Hack? I was thinknig of doing a VAFC and AVCR but i figure for 500 dollars I might as well spend it on hondata
Do I have to convert my car to OBD1?
What do I do about the Injectors? CRX's come with the resistor box right? so i dont need any additional wiring?
what do i do about 02 sensor?
where can I get a decent front mount intercooler?
Do I need to swap radiators? or get different fans?
ANYTHING else I need to know about the install?
ANything else I need to knwoa bout the turbo?
how much boost can I safely run?
Any help would be greatly appreciated... please done tell me to search, cause I have but when you dont knwo what half the **** means, all the research doesnt help

You can stay obd0(i did) and use turboedit. http://www.turboedit.org/ and http://www.pgmfi.org Both good sites. The vafc idea is an ok idea but not a long term solution. You can run 12 psi safetly with a good map and a good tune.

t3/t4 turbo to me, I think it's a little too big for your d15. I'm not a turbo guru but lets see what other have to say to it.
