stripped threads... need HELP!!!

Default stripped threads... need HELP!!!

99 si.....

rear upper control arm.

The 2 bolts threads that are in the frame. both are stripped. how would you fix this problem?

well first you are going need to find out the thread pitch
It defenitly going to be metric so take that into consideration when getting a tap and die set

well the bolts are in there right now, they spin freely but they won't come out... so thats gunna be a bitch to get out... then I guess I'll have to tap them and get new bolts.
