if you really cant get your old o2 sensor out, then just buy a new one, the noise is probably just from that....and you should be fine reusing your gasket if its still in good shape.....and about the stud breaking off, ive had that happen before and its a bitch!....just get someone to extract it for you if youre not a skilled bolt extractor!......and one more thing.....chillax!

As far as your o2 sensor I believe OEM uses ngk or bosch (not 100% sure which one ) but in all honesty oem would be the best way to go.

If you cannot get the o2 sensor out take it to a exhaust shop and they should be able to get it taken care of .

Some Anti-seaze should help with the o2 getting stuck in the future.

Spray some PB Blaster around the o2 sensor, then let it sit overnight. Get a wrench on that in the morning and it should loosen up with a little bit of manpower. I had to do the exact same thing on my accord. Had to drive from my friend's house with the hole in the header.. it is NOT a pleasant noise.

all the loudness is from the hole in the header, its like a really big exhaust leak. but as far as gettin o2 sensors out, follow what "pyrojeff" said<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by pyrojeff &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Spray some PB Blaster around the o2 sensor, then let it sit overnight.
