what motor are you running, it sounds lie ka gsr but here goes,
#1. Idle air control valve, its behind the intake manifold near the firewall u have to feel for it
#2 red w/ blue stripe - knock sensor goes under intake manifold into the block
#3green and black – power steering pressure switch behind the motor usually between block n firewall under IM
\
3 pin connector – I would have to know if its round or square, square looks like alternator

Ohh Common there has to be someone that can help me. No one knows the answer to this ? But im sure alot of you can answer Dumb ?'s and ?'s that have been answered a million times?
the square one might be the leftover plug from the egr in the old motor.. Are you using the stock harness?? is the round plug grouped together with an identical plug only with longer wires if it is, then the longer one is the MAP sensor and the shorter one is the TPS.
map and tps is simple plug them in if your car startes its fine if it doesnt switch umm. acutaly it will start but it will die when u give it some gas.
square one guild be crank angle sensor if your old motor had it.

if that last plug is all the way on your driver side of the engine bay then im guessin this, its a crankshaft position center which plugs into a 96+motor behind the timiing belt cover next to the crank shaft pulley, now if you have a 95 and before model motor you have to do some major wiring from that clip to the dizzy, but i dont want to get into detail if its not true, basically all it means is that obd2 motors run off crankshaft postion sensor and obd1 motors run off camshaft postion sensor, which is why obd1 motors dont have the connector and that sensor is built into the dizzy so then u have to run the wires from the driver side of the bay to the dizzy and get an obd1 connector for the dizzy, pop out the wires and install new ones with the correct wire diagram for the obd1 motor. let me know if u need help, if not it could just be you alternator plug
