You can frequently find Honda Accord shop manuals for sale on ebay. Sales prices will generally be less than a new manual varying from $40-$60.

Look in either your local auto parts store or http://www.amazon.com .
I personally have a chiltons manual but helms, haynes and chiltons are all pretty damn good
