ok i have a 1990 civic hatch it has a standard 4 speed manual tranny and i was wondering if i can swap in a 5-speed tranny in to my hatch. i would like to know if it can be done and if so what will in need to do the swap. i already tried to search the forums but all i really get is the auto to manual swap that i dont need. thanku

 

Hot damn, fifth post today on this. Anyways, the 5-Speed transmission is a straight drop in. End of story, unless you wan't to change your shift **** of course
