GSR Rebuild?

Default GSR Rebuild?

I have a 95 Intgra GSR and its gettin some miles on it and I'm wanderin if anyone knows a good place to get it rebuilt at? I was either going to do that or order a JDM GSR Long Block off of hmotorsonline which do u think is better? Rebuild or Long Block?

If I do decide to rebuild I'm wantin to go all motor but a daily driver and I still want a reliable car that i can run on 91 octane pump gas so what compression would still be reliable on 91 octane pump gas going in the all motor derection.

I would choose to rebuild, jdm motors are used.
