Don't buy from www.dmtaonline.com
I ordered a set of tires from them for the 250 because I had a screw in my rear and won't ride on a patched tire. I ordered the tires on 9/27 and they just got here today. It took over 2 ******* weeks.
I don't care that much about the shipping time because I have tires now, except they sent me two rear tires. So I'm a little pissed but surely they will fix the mistake asap right? WRONG!
Those ******* are joking around on the phone acting like it's my fault that they don't know what a ******* front tire looks like. They now want me to:
A) Send the tires back for a refund.
B) Send back one rear and when they get that they will send out my front!
C) Buy another ******* front tire from them that they will ship today and when they receive the rear back they will refund the money I had to spend on the second front tire.
And they said they will have to talk to a supervisor to see if I'm going to have to pay shipping back to them and for the new tire!
Does this sound super fucked up to anyone else?

I would be mad too. I would ask to speak to the manager and see what they have to say. If they give you ****, I hope you put it on a credit card then dispute the buy. They will fix the problem if they know the credit card company is taking their money back. I did that one time and it fixed my problem.

You paying the shipping back is bullshit, talk to the supervisor yourself in a calm, respectful manner and explain to him that you shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. The key is to not act like an ******* on the phone.
You cannot dispute the charge for items you received, that one isn't going to fly with the credit card company. It might work to return the extra rear, pay the shipping on your CC and then dispute the shipping charges, but disputing a charge and expecting to keep both items and pay for nothing because they sent the wrong thing and you don't like their terms isn't what disputing CC charges is all about.

I just got off the phone with the supervisor or someone and I'm going to buy another front on my cc and when they get the rear I will be refunded. No shipping charges either but he still couldn't explain why it took 2 weeks for me to get the wrong tires. He said I didn't order them until 10/6 so I just e-mailed him a copy of my order dated 9/26. He went on to say he hates his job and he's not into bikes. Go figure
h well, I know **** happens but I would never buy from them again.
