As we all know, Hasport has a conversion kit for hydro --> cable if you are in the land of B-Series. If you say wanted to put a hydro D --> cable what would we do? Everyone is just assuming in this thread that it is for a B.

Well Hasport is supposed to make one for the D-series, but I haven't heard when it will be out.

Just convert all the way to hydro. I've never understood why anybody would want to the stock cable to operate a hydro system. It's not that hard to convert to hydro!

All you've got to do is mount the MC, and then run the line to the slave cylinder. Relatively easy stuff. Just copy 2point2's system that he used for his h22 CRX.

I'll be d16z6 w/y8 transmission before December.

next time be more specific and you won't get made fun of Grouch.

Some of us don't like having to cut a hole in our firewall to fit the master cylinder

Someone did fabricate one at some point. I remember seeing pictures of it.

I don't remember who it was though.

Edit: You don't have to cut a hole in your firewall. It mounts under the dash on the steering column brace
Only the resevoir is external.

I'm sorry for getting your feathers ruffled, it was just some non offensive humor, and then I did answer the question from the info that you provided, and just so you would see that I wasn't being a "TOOL" to you I post correct info, I will not post again in one of threads for fear of getting grouched at.

Yes someone has fab'd up a adapter plate I think it was an H to B or vise versa
