Default HELP!! electical problem on my 92 hatch

i put about 4 car links on this tsi and some wires started to smoke underneath my dash like right above my knees, now i cant even start my car i busted like 5 fuses and replace them all but still none of the sources work with new fuses then i checked the wires out and i found like 6 wires with the plastics burnt completely off, fried. theres 3 plugs that plug near the fuse box a blue green and grey plug right there that harness im not to sure if it runs to my other fuse box underneath my hood but im pretty sure because i took the fuse box from under my hood, off and theres burnt wires too so does this mean i gotta replace that whole harness from the fuse box under the hood all the way to the inside fuse box? a majority of those wires are burnt so i would think so. or what would be my best bet get new wires splice them in to those pins on the plugs or what. somebody please give me advice

See if you can get a replacement harness / fuse boxes from a local salvage yard. If you don't have much experience with electrical wiring or don't plan on teaching yourself as you go, ask a friend to help or take it to a shop.

Good luck.
