Default customer called and has an element..........

I get a call from a customer who wants to build up his element. He wants rsx head on it and a turbo kit. Now im not too familier with the element What would i have to do to the tranny due to it being awd. And how much boost can the stock block hold?

Try the FI forum. This one doesn't get enough traffic for you to get any help.

I've heard with the rsx-s head, a greddy kit, and hondata, it can make some pretty good numbers. I'm not sure about the tranny though. I believe one made 320hp.

stock internals, if my memory is right max boost 6-7psi. which is decent power. especially considering its a SuV.

tranny = 5spd tranny??

the element uses the same real time 4wd drive system that is found in the cr-v... and i've read taht its really simple to disengage it by messing with the center differential. i remmeber reading about this in honda tuning magazine where King motorsport (mugen) removed the realtime-4wd to make more power. so you can try that route.
