Will a forced induction civic pass emissions?

Also if so what kits will and which will not? Im just talking about passing the sniffer test with no underhood inspection. Are any of the turbo kits carb or emissions legal? This would just be a sohc with turbo kit

yes and no.. the greddy kit will.. I think the edelbrock does not 100% but if your lookin for somthing thats CARB legal.. Go greddy.

Not sure about your emissions standards where you are but here im MD I almost passed with my turbo crx running on GT104 race fuel.. I just have to heat up my cat a little more before I go next time..
