modding = bye bye warranty

some dealerships are ok with some basic modding (IHE). I know mine is ok for IHE as long as i don't bring in a hydrolocked motor with an aem intake on

Dealerships are independent bodies that sell cars. Thus, their policies vary from dealer to dealer.

Warranty is voided only if the aftermarket causes the damage. For example, you installed an aftermarket intake system, and your shifter broke off. Then they would still have to replace it for you.

If you plan on getting Comptech supercharger kit, I highly recommend getting the aftercooler, and get 7lbs or 9lbs pulley as well as different clutch.

also but there are representatives from honda that are called upon for odd warranty cases. They will give the bottom line on a claim if you don't agree with the dealer themselves. P.S., they usually side with the dealer, who sees a lot more warranty stuff than you do.
