Default check engine problem

my check engine comes on whenever i get on the highway and its not warmed up completly. and it stays on until i turn off the car. then i immediatly turn it back on and its fine. i checked my ecu and its flashing once, and from what i understand this has something to do with my o2 sensor. how can i fix this.
